You really are trying to tempt me back to knitting aren't you... I could imagine wearing that...

Stop! Stop! Stop! The last thing I need is another hobby! Those two articles and then your 2 cents (sorry, pence) :) on top of them are very tempting. No, I will resist!

I see you've been reading Spin Off as well! They do have some great nuggets of info in that. A friend loaned me her back issues and I was very lothe to return them!!

Oh I should have added that it's good to hear it's not quite as scary as it might seem at first!

oooh...I am so excited...but very cross with you! You have now cost me a lot of money! I am so excited about learning to spin these pretty little hankies. I have some KoolAid to dye some with too...so any hobbies, so little time! I sat and read both those tutorials, an inspiration!

Very cool....So I tried out a spinning wheel the other day. And now I want one. I'm no good at it so far. But I think I definatly have potential!

I'm speechless. Those jewel like colours, the yarn possibilities...
I'll wait to see what you do NEXT.

You have been spinning some lovely yarns Jo!

Silk is wonderful stuff to spin and the hankies are the easiest to work with, though top is smoother in my experience. (I wrote about it in my Saturday, September 16, 2006 blog) Course, I've only used a spindle.

Enjoy the silk!
