If that was last Saturday does that make it July yet? LOL! I worked with a guard who got even more mixed up than you and wished everyone on his train a very happy 20th Centuary on Milenium Eve! I love the colours of your yarns and glad to see you're having fun experimenting! Good to hear you're managing to sell some of your yarn as well!
Hi Jo, I love the pinky ones. The colours are beautiful together. I would love to knit or weave a cushion out of them.
Do you spin and dye and then ply?
Gorgeous.
Going to cast on those socks now. Cover your ears, first go with dpns, going to try that method the two together looks a bit tricksy. Why everyone can knit socks, can't they? :D
Need to work on my blog, would like to put a link to yours if thats ok, then I can keep an eye on you mwaaahhaaa :D
Jo, I love the yarn. They look great. What a good idea to felt it and then spin the yarn. I have to tell you that my daughter was very impressed with the chocolate you sent in my prize. She is a vegan and loves the chocolate but can't afford it on a college girl's budget.
Have you seen felted knitting Caroline? you basically knit with 100% wool on larger needles then wash it in the washing machine it becaoming quite popular these days. As this wool is not suitable for next to skin wear, I have prefelted it in the washing machine to use making, rugs bags, or cushions, most likely bags, and it does make it more washable.
I've not only seen felted knitting I've done it - but I was never sure afterwards if the hats I'd then made wouldn't shrink some more if given the chance! But I gave them away so haven't anything to experiment with now.

Love the colours - they work so well together. Interesting textures - great for weaving.
